• Order number

• Product(s) you wish to return

• Reason for the return

 

We will review your request and provide return instructions if the item is eligible.

 

 

3. Return Shipping

 

Unless the item received was incorrect or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

 

 

4. Refunds

 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If approved:

 

• A full refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.

 

 

5. Exchanges

 

If the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us with photo evidence and order details within 7 days of receipt.

 

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

 

We do not accept returns for:

 

• Used or opened products

• Items returned without prior approval

• Promotional or clearance items (unless defective)
